Itvedant in Mumbai seeks a Chief Finance Manager to lead the finance function, P&L management, cash flow, controls, and strategic planning to enable growth and investor readiness.

You will partner with leadership to drive financial discipline, support fundraising, and maintain robust governance, audits, and compliance while ensuring timely reporting and strategic financial planning for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 15–17 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, MBA Finance preferred.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, ownership mindset, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function while partnering with the leadership team to provide strategic financial insights, drive financial discipline, and support sustainable business growth
• Own the complete P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial performance, profitability, cost optimization, and working capital management of the business
• Establish and strengthen finance processes, internal controls, MIS, reporting systems, financial models, projections, and management/investor reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial insights
• Ensure the organization remains investor-ready by supporting fundraising, investor discussions, due diligence, valuation exercises, and maintaining strong financial governance and documentation
• Lead end-to-end accounting, tax, and statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act/MCA filings, audits, reconciliations, tax assessments, statutory filings, and timely payment of dues
• Monitor changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, proactively identify financial and compliance risks, and coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external advisors to ensure timely resolution

Role Overview

As a Chief Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the companys finance function, P&L, cash flow, financial controls, and strategic financial planning. The role will play a critical part in building a strong, scalable, and investor-ready finance function that supports business growth, fundraising, investor confidence, and long-term company valuation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function while partnering with the leadership team to provide strategic financial insights, drive financial discipline, and support sustainable business growth
• Own the complete P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial performance, profitability, cost optimization, and working capital management of the business.
