• Extensive experience in securing debt funding for working capital from Indian banks and financial institutions.
• Successfully secured funds exceeding Rs 1000 Crores.
• Proficient in managing relationships and negotiations with large consortiums of banks
• Demonstrated success in raising equity funding from Venture Capitalists (VCs) and Private Equity (PE) firms.
• Experience in Power industry handling leadership in Finance and Accounts function
• Proven track record in financial management and fundraising.
• Hands-on experience in managing structured financing.
• Accountable for audit processes related to financial management.
• Exceptional control over internal systems and processes.
• Strong ability to navigate and optimize financial operations.
