Job summary

24x7 Corporate Solutions is seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead Finance, Costing, Taxation and Compliance for a leading textile client in Tamil Nadu. This senior role reports to Top Management and will drive budgeting, financial analysis, accounting systems, payroll, and internal controls.

Ideal candidates possess 15–20 years in manufacturing, SAP-based finance, and strong English/Tamil communication.

Qualifications

• CA with 15–20 years of experience.
• Manufacturing sector leadership experience required.
• SAP-based finance & accounting exposure mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of current finance & accounting practices.
• Fluent in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus.

Job Summary:

This position will report to the Top Management and is responsible for managing the entire Finance, Costing, Taxation & Compliance of the company.

This includes preparing the budget, conducting financial analysis, and preparing financial reports; developing and implementing an effective system of accounting, managing the payroll system and adhering to compliance requirements.

Also, the person is accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities

Key Deliverables:

• Handle the entire gamut of Corporate Finance & Accounting
• Responsible for Finalization of Monthly / Annual Accounts & preparation of annual report
• Work with all stakeholders in preparation of the Annual Operating Plan, Budgeting & Periodic MIS.
• Financial planning/cash-flow management & managing overall operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage the finances, including revenues, expenses, and report variances
• Review internal financial controls, processes, and procedures.
• Accountable for the entire Payments, receipts & Fund management

Desired Candidate:

• A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 15 to 20 years of experience
• Must have worked with a manufacturing company in a leadership position
• Must have worked with SAP-based applications for finance & accounting
• Strong knowledge of the latest Finance & Accounting practices.
• Effective communication in English & Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret problems/data gathered from a variety of sources.
