Job summary

Fortune Hr Solutions in Tirupur seeks an experienced Accounts Manager for handling financial and accounting operations of a textile garment manufacturing concern. You will oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, costing, export finance, and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in textile accounting, strong SAP/ERP skills, and expertise in garment production costing and MIS reporting. This is a hands-on role with cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance required.
• CA Inter or MBA Finance considered an added advantage.
• Hands-on SAP/ERP and advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Core Accounting: manage day-to-day bookkeeping, GL, AP, AR.
• Cost Accounting: monitor manufacturing costs, WIP, profitability analysis.
• Export & Banking: handle export financing, LC docs, foreign currency transactions.
• Statutory Compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, customs compliance.
• Financial Reporting: MIS, cash flow statements, budgets, forecasts.
• Audits & Coordination: liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers.

Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle the financial and accounting operations of our textile and garment manufacturing concern.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Accounting: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Cost Accounting: Monitor manufacturing costs, track work-in-progress (WIP) inventory, and analyze production profitability.
• Export & Banking Operations: Handle export financing, packing credit, letter of credit (LC) documentation, and foreign currency transactions.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and custom regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts.
• Audits & Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA INTER /MBA Finance is an added advantage).
• Experience: Min 5 to 10+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a textile, apparel, or garment export house.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in SAP, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of garment production costing, inventory valuation, and export-import rules
