Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure in Pune district seeks an experienced Head of Finance to oversee budgeting, accounting, taxation, and compliance while driving financial efficiency and profitability.

You will manage day-to-day finance operations, prepare budgets and cash flow, ensure GST/TDS compliance, lead audits, and mentor the Finance & Accounts team. 10-15 years in luxury hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel and financial MIS reporting.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance, accounting, and financial reporting.
