Location: Hyderabad (In-Office) Experience: 6–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview: The Senior Finance Manager serves as the strategic lead for financial operations. This position requires a high-level expert capable of overseeing internal financial health while providing specialized financial consultancy to a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients. The role involves navigating the complexities of high-volume transactional data and managing P&L structures across multiple outlets and hospitality entities.

Requirements

• Strategic Financial Oversight: Drive the financial planning process, including annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Hospitality Operations Analysis: Manage departmental P&L, focusing on
• industry-specific metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) for Food & Beverage.
• Multi-Unit Reporting: Supervise financial reporting for multiple outlets, ensuring consistency in accounting practices and data integrity across various hospitality units.
• Compliance & Taxation: Ensure full adherence to statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax regulations.
• Audit Management: Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring all financial controls are robust, transparent, and compliant with industry standards.
• Business Consultancy: Act as a financial advisor to hospitality partners, identifying areas for cost optimization, revenue leakage prevention, and improved profitability.
• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA, or an MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 6–8 years of progressive finance experience, with a mandatory background in the Hospitality Industry.
• Global Standards: Prior experience working with an International Hospitality Chain is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of hospitality ERPs (e.g., Opera, IDS Next, SAP, or Oracle) and expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Industry Frameworks: Deep understanding of the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI).
