Experience: Senior finance leadership experience, preferably from the Power / Energy sector

Role Summary:
Lead the overall finance function of the organization, ensuring strong financial planning, control, reporting, compliance, taxation, treasury management, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall finance and accounting function.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS, financial reporting, and management reporting.
• Oversee taxation, statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with senior management on financial strategy and business decisions.
• Manage relationships with auditors, lenders, investors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improving financial efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
