Job summary

Enrich Placement Solutions seeks an experienced Head of Finance/ CFO to lead the Finance & Accounts function in a manufacturing setup. You will drive financial planning, control, costing, budgeting, taxation, compliance, MIS, and internal controls to support strategic business decisions.

The role requires collaborating with MD/CEO, plant leadership, procurement, sales, supply chain and operations to improve profitability and cash flows while strengthening financial governance.

• CA- Qualified
• 15-25 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably with substantial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Finance Head to lead the Finance & Accounts function of our manufacturing organization. The role will be responsible for financial planning and control, accounting, working capital management, costing, budgeting, taxation, compliance, MIS, internal controls, and business finance.

The Finance Head will work closely with the Managing Director, CEO, plant leadership, procurement, sales, supply chain, and operations teams to drive profitability, improve cash flows, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic business decisions.
