Job summary

HR PLACEMENT CONSULTANTS (HRPC) seeks a Finance Head to lead the Finance & Accounts function in a fast-growing renewable energy organization. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, banking relations, audits, and financial governance.

The ideal CA with 2–3 years post-qualification brings sector experience (manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, renewable energy) and strong Excel, ERP, and Power BI skills to strengthen internal controls and strategic partnering with management and investors.

Qualifications

• Banking, treasury and project finance expertise for manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure or renewable energy sectors.
• MIS reporting and financial analysis capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Tally Prime) and advanced Excel; preference for Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts department and drive financial excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and banking operations.

Are you a strategic finance leader with expertise in financial planning, banking, audits, compliance, and business partnering?

Looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead its Finance & Accounts function and drive financial excellence in a fast-growing renewable energy organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts department
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Handle banking operations, project finance, working capital, and loan proposals
• Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and investors
• Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management
• Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team

We're Looking For

• Chartered Accountant – 2–3 Years Post Qualification
• Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
