Job summary

Vashi Electricals, a 45+ year old B2B sourcing and distribution company for electrical and industrial products, is seeking a Head Field HR / Head HRBP to lead HR delivery across all regions from Mumbai Head Office with frequent travel to regions. The role reports to the Chief People Officer and collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations leaders.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in HR with 6–8 years in multi-location leadership, strong labour law experience, and familiarity with HR

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR
• 15+ years in HR with 6–8 years leading multi-location Sales HR in B2B, Consumer Products, BFSI or Telecom
• Strong multi-state employee relations and labour law experience
• Acquisition integration experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead HR delivery across all regions and business groups.
• Partner Sales, Supply Chain and Operations leaders; manage Regional HR heads covering West, Gujarat, South, East, North and Central.
• Drive workforce planning, organisation changes, productivity and talent risks with regional heads.
• Oversee regional hiring plans, onboarding quality and offer-to-join conversions with Talent Acquisition.
• Lead on-ground people integration for acquisitions and adoption of new HR processes.

We’re growing fast, including through acquisitions, and are strengthening HR delivery across our regions.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead HR delivery across all regions and business groups. You’ll partner Sales, Supply Chain and Operations leaders, and lead a team of Regional HR heads covering West, Gujarat, South, East, North and Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Run a consistent HR operating rhythm across regions: reviews, dashboards, service levels and process adherence
• Partner regional business heads on workforce planning, organisation changes, productivity and talent risks
• Work with Talent Acquisition on regional hiring plans, onboarding quality and offer-to-join conversion
• Drive employee connect and retention, especially early-tenure attrition
• Deploy the performance cycle in the regions; handle grievances, disciplinary cases and regional statutory compliance
• Lead, coach and build bench strength in the Regional HR team
• Lead on-ground people integration for acquisitions and adoption of new HR processes

What We’re Looking For

• MBA / PGDM in HR
• 15+ years in HR, with 6–8 years leading multi-location Sales HR in B2B, Consumer Products, BFSI or Telecom
• Strong multi-state employee relations and labour law experience
• Experience leading regional HRBP teams and managing senior business stakeholders
• Comfort with HR analytics and HRMS (Keka or similar)
• Acquisition integration experience is an advantage
