Were Hiring | Regional HRBP Delhi / North Region
We are looking for an experienced Regional HRBP to lead and drive HR initiatives across the Delhi/North region.
The role will partner closely with business and operations teams and will be responsible for managing a large, multi-location workforce covering both blue-collar and white-collar employees. The focus will be on manpower availability, workforce productivity, employee engagement, compliance, and overall HR effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Success Metrics
1. Business Partnering & Workforce Strategy
- Partner with Regional and Operations Heads to align HR initiatives with business goals, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Drive manpower planning and maintain 95%+ manpower fill rate within 57 days TAT.
- Maintain an 80%+ offer-to-joining ratio.
2. Workforce Management & Productivity
- Manage high-volume blue-collar and white-collar workforce across multiple hubs/sites.
- Maintain 95%+ attendance compliance.
- Control absenteeism to below 8%.
- Optimize overtime by 1015%.
- Ensure workforce availability is aligned with operational requirements.
3. Talent Acquisition & Deployment
- Work closely with the TA team to ensure timely hiring for frontline and corporate positions.
- Drive quick onboarding and deployment to avoid manpower gaps and operational disruptions.
4. Vendor & Contract Workforce Management
- Manage and govern manpower agencies with 95%+ SLA adherence.
- Ensure 100% billing accuracy and proper validation before processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance across vendors, including PF, ESIC and CLRA.
5. Employee Relations & IR
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict-resolution cases.
- Ensure closure of cases within 35 working days.
- Maintain a stable and positive employee relations environment across operational sites.
6. Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure zero major statutory non-compliance across the region.
- Maintain 95%+ audit scores across locations.
- Validate payroll inputs and maintain less than 1% payroll error rate.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of employee data and HR records.
7. Performance & Productivity
- Drive performance management processes across the region.
- Partner with Operations to identify productivity gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
- Track workforce productivity and support business teams in achieving operational targets.
8. Engagement & Retention
- Manage attrition and identify key retention drivers across blue- and white-collar teams.
- Maintain 85%+ new-joiner retention at 90 days.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives with 80%+ workforce participation.
- Work closely with business leaders to improve employee experience and retention.
9. MIS & HR Analytics
- Publish accurate and timely HR dashboards and MIS reports.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Track key HR metrics including manpower, attrition, absenteeism, hiring, joining, attendance, productivity, and employee relations.
Key Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- 6–12 years of experience in HRBP / Regional HR roles.
- Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehousing / E-commerce will be preferred.
- Strong experience in managing large, multi-location blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in vendor and contract workforce management.
- Strong exposure to HR operations, employee relations, manpower planning, and HR analytics.
