Job summary

Power cable manufacturer, Delhi is seeking an experienced Cable Design Engineer with 10–18 years of experience in HT/LT cable design. You will develop designs per IS/IEC/BS and international specs, balancing performance with material optimization and cost-effectiveness.

Candidate should understand materials, insulation systems and be capable of designing both standard and customized cables, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in design of HT/LT cables per IS/IEC/BS/ASTM
• Ability to design standard and customized cables
• Understanding of materials, insulation systems and performance requirements

Responsibilities

• Design & development of HT/LT cables per IS/IEC/BS and other specs
• Tailor designs to customer requirements while optimizing materials and cost
• Ensure regulatory, performance and safety standards are met

Job description

Required Candidate profile

10-18 yrs.Exp. cable design (HT/LT mandatory). Expertise in international standards(IEC, BS, ASTM). Ability to design both standard & customized cables. Understanding of materials, insulation systems
