Job summary

Pepper Square Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery across projects from planning through go-live, with full accountability for outcomes.

You will challenge technical decisions, review solution approaches, estimate effort and identify delivery risks, and be the client’s trusted advisor to remove headaches and help them shine. Demonstrated ability to own delivery health, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive proactive communication is essential.

• Own end-to-end delivery across projects - from planning through go-live with full accountability for outcomes

• Spot risks before they surface and resolve blockers proactively, so nothing lands on the client's desk as a surprise

What Makes You Fit:

• Proven experience owning end-to-end project/program delivery in the IT Services
• Strong understanding of end-to-end implementation and deployment of Digital Acceleration, Experience Transformation, AI Solutions, or similar enterprise initiatives with modern delivery practices.
• Impeccable client relationship skills - this is non-negotiable
• Complete understanding of client's business and be their extending advisor.
• Strong sense of delivery ownership - treats every commitment as personally accountable
• Leadership confidence - calm, decisive, and credible in front of clients and internal teams alike
• Highly proactive with a relentless getting-things-done attitude - anticipates rather than reacts
