Job summary

Pepper Square Inc. is seeking a hands-on full-stack engineer with strong client exposure to embed with client teams and translate requirements into scalable software. You will contribute across web, mobile, and cloud platforms, using AI and automation to reduce friction in client workflows.

You will participate in shaping the digital experience, performance, accessibility, and design system implementation, while communicating decisions clearly in client meetings and with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in a full-stack engineering role with direct client exposure.
• Proficiency across front-end, back-end, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AI tools and automation.
• Strong communicator who can sit in a client meeting and earn trust quickly.

Job description

• Embed directly with clients, understand their systems, gaps, and goals before writing a single line of code.
• Build and deploy full-stack solutions across web, mobile, and cloud from prototype to production.
• Identify where AI and automation can remove friction in client workflows and build the systems that do it.
• Own the digital experience layer, performance, accessibility, and design system implementation on client products.
• Translate client requirements into technical decisions and explain those decisions back in plain language.
• Surface blockers, gaps, and opportunities early for all client account.
