Nido Machineries requires a senior finance leader to own core accounting functions and governance across GL, closing, treasury, tax, and cost accounting. You will collaborate with FP&A, procurement, and operations to ensure accurate reporting and robust controls.

Ideal candidate has 12–18+ years in finance, CA/CMA preferred, and hands-on experience with ERP systems (ERPNext/SAP/Oracle/Dynamics). Mumbai-based, with strong manufacturing costing expertise.

Formación

• 12 to 18+ years finance experience; CA/CMA strongly preferred.
• Strong closing, audit, tax, treasury, controls and manufacturing cost-accounting experience.
• ERP-driven finance environment; ERPNext/SAP/Oracle/Dynamics exposure useful.

Responsabilidades

• Own GL, chart of accounts, close calendar, reconciliations and statutory financial statements.
• Own treasury, banking, borrowings, cash planning controls and working-capital governance with FP&A/business teams.
• Own direct/indirect tax accounting/compliance coordination and statutory/internal audit closure.
• Own Cost Accounting: standard costing, product cost sheets, BOM-to-actual variance, labour/overhead absorption, inventory valuation and cost leakage.
• Own inventory financial controls, provisions, capitalisation and balance-sheet governance.
• Design financial controls, delegation/approval mechanisms and audit trails across procurement, inventory and projects.
• Partner with Accounts Operations while keeping transaction processing efficient and controlled.
• Support funding diligence, lender reporting and corporate financial compliance as required.

Key responsibilities

Decision rights & boundaries

• Accounts Operations owns AP/AR/billing/payroll processing.
• FP&A owns forward-looking planning, management analysis and business partnering.
• Procurement owns sourcing/negotiation; Finance validates economics and controls cash/payment.
• HR owns CTC policy/employee pay inputs; Finance owns payroll calculation/control/compliance.

Experience & qualifications

• 12 to 18+ years finance experience; CA/CMA strongly preferred.
• Strong closing, audit, tax, treasury, controls and manufacturing cost-accounting experience.
• ERP-driven finance environment; ERPNext/SAP/Oracle/Dynamics exposure useful.

Experience supporting growth, lender/fundraise diligence or scaling controls is advantageous
