Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory to drive business application consulting for BFSI clients, focusing on lending product processes, requirements gathering, and end-to-end project coordination. You will liaise between business units and tech teams, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to governance standards across India and abroad.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in BFSI, BE/BTech and MBA, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and willingness to travel on

Qualifications

• Strong domain knowledge of banking and lending products in BFSI.
• Experience 4–7 years in BFSI, preferably lending space.
• From Big 4/banks/NBFCs/IT Consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern lending product requirements and processes.
• Act as liaison between Development and Business for clarifications.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to deliver project milestones.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance policies and project management frameworks.
• Communicate project status to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Travel Requirements: India and abroad as per project requirements
• Experience in banks/NBFCs/fintech and good understanding oflendingproducts (including Creditpolicies) in the BFSI space
• Hands on experience in defining processes forlendingproducts and requirements gathering for functionalities related toloansystems such as but not limited toLoanOrigination System (LOS), Loanmanagement system (LMS)
• Effective use ofbusinessmodelling and requirements management techniques such as process and workflow modelling, use cases, user story definition, etc.
• Gather, review, and alignBusinessRequirements fromBusiness/Product following internal standard operating procedures
• Requirement Analysis through analyzing BRDs/Gap Documents
• Act as liaison/agent between Development andBusinessfor requirements and assumptions clarification or validation, compromise, or agreement mediation, and to close information gaps
• Work with technical team,businessusers, vendors to resolve various issues with the project deliverables
• Providing functional support during the development and testing phases
• Strong communication, written and document management skills.
• Ability to track and manage delivery of multiple simultaneous projects
• Defining the governance framework for project management, change management, release management. Ensuring adherence to framework and identify areas of continuous improvement
• End-to-end management ofdigitaltransformationprojects/program ensuring complete control of various constraints
• Manage project lifecycle activities from conceptualization to implementation and support by facilitating tracking, coordinating, and reporting project activities to meetbusinessdeadlines and complying withITgovernance policies and processes
• Act as point of contact between the client, vendor team, other stakeholders involved in the project and manage day-to-day project activities
• Sharing project status of critical projects with Senior management
• Setting up governance framework and scorecard-based compliance index to assess adherence to process framework. EducatingbusinessandITon processes and best practices

Essential Skills

• Strong domain knowledge of banking andlendingproducts
• Relevant work experience of approximately 3 to 7 years within the BFSI sector preferably in the lendingspace
• Preferably from Big 4/ Banks/NBFCs/Fintech/ITConsulting Companies
• Ready to travel client locations on short notices
