Job summary

TheProteinCo in Telangana, India, seeks an experienced Head of Kitchen to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure timely meal preparation, and maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation.

You will supervise and train assistant chefs and kitchen staff, ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards, manage inventory and costs, develop recipes and SOPs for scalable operations, and collaborate with the nutrition team on customized meal plans.
