Job summary

Kaara Hospitality & Leisure is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality food production, hygiene, and cost control in a boutique hill resort setting.

You will plan menus with the Executive Chef, supervise food preparation, maintain inventory, and lead a cohesive kitchen team while adhering to FSSAI standards.

Experience in reputed hotels or resorts, and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
• 5–8 years of experience in reputed hotels or resorts.
• Prior experience in boutique hotels or leisure hill resorts is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
