Job summary

Airtel is seeking a senior Head of Change Control to govern end-to-end Change Management processes, ensuring all network changes are executed in a controlled, compliant, and risk-free manner with minimal service impact.

You will drive adherence to Change Management governance, support CAB approvals, and collaborate with NOC, Planning, and Vendor teams to ensure audit-ready traceability and continuous improvement of change success rates.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of telecom experience, with mobility core exposure preferred.
• Strong exposure to Change Management processes and NOC operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRQ tools (Remedy or other ITSM tools).

Responsibilities

• Drive adherence to Change Management governance and CAB approvals.
• Ensure risk assessment, impact validation, and rollback readiness.
• Monitor and improve change success rates and reduce failures.
• Ensure audit compliance and complete traceability of changes.
• Coordinate with NOC, Planning, and Vendor teams for compliance.

Role Purpose

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 710 years in Telecom, Mobility Core experience will be preferred
• Strong exposure to Change Management / NOC operations
• Hands-on experience with CRQ tools (Remedy or other similar ITSM tool).
