Tekskills seeks a Change Management Operations professional to support the lifecycle management of Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes, ensuring adherence to defined process guidelines.
You will coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams, and prepare change packs for CAB/ECAB meetings. You will track approvals and maintain audit-ready documentation while driving continuous improvement through PIRs and KPI tracking.
Support the lifecycle management of Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes.
Validate change requests for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to process guidelines.
Ensure proper risk assessment, impact analysis, and back-out plans are documented. Coordinate with change requesters, technical teams, and stakeholders for required inputs.
Ensure changes comply with defined Change Management policies and controls.
Support CAB (Change Advisory Board) and ECAB meetings by preparing change packs, agendas, and minutes.
Track approvals and ensure audit-ready documentation is maintained.
Act as a single point of coordination between application, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
Communicate planned changes, maintenance windows, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
Escalate high-risk or conflicting changes as per defined escalation matrix.
Maintain change records and ensure timely closure with proper post-implementation reviews (PIRs).
Track and report change KPIs such as success rate, emergency changes, failed changes, and SLA adherence.
Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Good understanding of ITIL Change Management concepts and lifecycle. Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and release processes.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
