INADEV invites a senior IT leader to own the Capital Markets & Banking Practice, shaping strategy, winning new business, and building trusted relationships with global financial institutions.

You will drive offerings, oversee GCC setups in India, and guide delivery teams across cloud, data modernization, and integration while maintaining high quality and executive presence; travel internationally is required.

Formación

• 15+ years IT leadership experience in capital markets and banking.
• Experience with global banks, investment firms, or Tier-1 IT services and consulting organizations.
• Hands-on GCC setup/operation experience in India.
• Proven revenue growth and deal-closure track record; strong proposal skills.
• Technical depth to engage with cloud, data, modernization, and integration architects.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are executed with quality and to client expectations.
• Use insights into regulatory, technology, and industry trends to shape Practice offerings.

About the Role

We're looking for a senior IT leader with deep capital markets and banking expertise to grow our presence with global financial institutions. You will shape strategy, win new business, and build trusted relationships with technology leaders at client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth in capital markets and banking by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Lead solutioning: write, review, and present proposals, RFP responses, and solution architecture
• Engage as a credible advisor with CTOs, CIOs, and enterprise architects of global firms.
• Set up, scale, and run Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for clients, covering talent, governance, delivery models, and operating processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Domain knowledge: strong command of the capital markets value chain (trading, risk, post-trade, wealth/asset management) and core banking.
• Global: a proven track record experience with global banks, investment firms, or tier-1 IT services and consulting organizations.
• GCC experience: hands-on experience setting up or operating GCCs in India.
• Commercial track record: demonstrated revenue growth and deal closures, with strong proposal-writing and review skills.
• Technical credibility: enough depth to hold their own with architects on cloud, data, modernization, and integration.
• Communication and leadership: excellent communication and executive presence, with a willingness to travel internationally.
