Restaurant in Umred, Nagpur district, is seeking a Head Waiter to supervise the service team, welcome guests, take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure a smooth, friendly dining experience.

• Leading the Service Team: Oversee the waitstaff to ensure efficient and friendly service during meal times. Guide them in their duties and maintain a positive team environment.
• Managing Guest Orders: Take orders from customers and relay them accurately to the kitchen. This includes understanding menu items and being able to answer any questions guests may have.
• Setting Up Tables: Prepare dining areas before service by setting tables correctly, ensuring everything is clean and properly arranged for guests.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Attend to guest needs during their dining experience, addressing any issues or complaints promptly to ensure they enjoy their time with us.
• Assisting with Training: Help new staff learn their duties, providing guidance on service techniques and restaurant protocols.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have good communication skills and a friendly demeanor as you'll interact with guests daily. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, though not necessary. You should be able to work well in a team and manage tasks efficiently. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment is also important. The job requires a valid identification confirming a male gender.
