The Head Barista is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur, responsible for leading daily coffee bar operations and setting the standard for beverage quality and guest experience. This role includes preparing and serving specialty coffee and other beverages, overseeing espresso bar workflow, and maintaining equipment and cleanliness to café standards. The Head Barista will train and mentor baristas, develop and refine brew methods and recipes, and help design seasonal coffee offerings in collaboration with the leadership team.
