Job summary

vCommission is seeking a Head - Affiliate Growth in India to own the affiliate growth strategy, oversee team execution, manage partner performance, and drive revenue outcomes. This hands-on leadership role requires deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and relentless execution.

You will spearhead affiliate acquisition, activation, reactivation, and revenue growth while guiding the growth team and coordinating with advertisers, operations, and tech to close performance gaps and seize

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing.
• Strong team leadership and people-management experience.
• Deep understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, traffic sources, and campaign performance.
• Strong execution, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly express opinions and recommendations.
• Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Affiliate Growth strategy, targets, and execution.
