Job summary

vCommission Media in India is seeking an Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth to build and manage CPS publisher partnerships, drive revenue growth, and optimize campaigns.

You will expand the network using LinkedIn and referrals, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience onboarding publishers and affiliate acquisition.
• Hands-on experience managing media buying affiliates.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, HasOffers, Everflow, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, activate, and manage publishers with a strong focus on CPS campaigns.
• Acquire and build relationships with media buying affiliates and performance publishers.
• Expand the affiliate network through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and market research.
• Drive publisher engagement, activation, and revenue growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions and ROI.
• Collaborate with Advertiser Growth, Network Operations, and Tech teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and exclusive partnerships.
• Share campaign updates, creatives, and promotional materials with publishers.
• Reactivate dormant publishers and maximize existing account performance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure publisher compliance.
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and competitor activities.

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth who has hands‑on experience in CPS affiliate marketing and has successfully onboarded and managed Media Buying Affiliates. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale publisher revenue while ensuring campaign profitability.
