vCommission Media, a leading global affiliate marketing network with presence in India, Singapore, UAE, UK, and USA, seeks a Head – Affiliate Growth to own the growth strategy, team execution, and revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role demanding industry knowledge and ruthless execution.

You will lead the Affiliate Growth team, drive acquisition and revenue, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with Advertiser Growth, Network Ops, and Tech teams. Immediate/joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of affiliate/performance marketing experience.
• Strong team leadership and people-management experience.
• Deep understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, traffic sources, and campaign performance.
• Strong execution, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Affiliate Growth strategy, targets, and execution.
• Drive affiliate acquisition, activation, reactivation, and revenue growth.
• Lead and manage the Affiliate Growth team with accountability.
• Monitor affiliate performance, revenue, EPC, CR, traffic, and campaign growth.
• Identify and execute new affiliate and campaign growth opportunities.
• Drive optimization and ensure timely closure of performance gaps.
• Work closely with Advertiser Growth, Network Ops, and Tech teams.
• Translate management strategy into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Represent Affiliate Growth in management reviews with insights and recommendations.
