The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in admissions with strong leadership, CRM and lead generation skills, and a strategic mindset to drive targets across multiple programmes and campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management or related discipline is preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in admissions, student recruitment or enrolment management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Proven experience in achieving admission targets, managing counselling teams, digital lead generation and CRM-based admissions processes.
