Job summary

ICA EDU SKILLS is seeking an experienced Admission Head to lead the student admission process for the university vertical. You will manage the admission counsellors and marketing team, drive enrolments, and coordinate campaigns to maximize lead-to-admission conversions.

The role demands 2+ years in admissions, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM tools. A bachelor’s or master’s in management/marketing/education is preferred, with a focus on delivering a smooth student

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in admissions, counselling, EdTech or higher education.
• Prior experience leading an admission/counselling team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of student admissions and counselling processes.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Admission Head to lead the student admission process and drive enrolments for the university.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the Admission Counsellors and Marketing Executive team.
• Set and achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, counselling conversions and student enrolments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve lead-to-admission conversion.
• Guide counsellors in handling student/parent queries and admission processes.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for lead generation, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track team performance through regular MIS and reports.
• Identify gaps in the admission funnel and take corrective actions.
• Ensure a smooth and positive student experience throughout the admission process.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal university departments to ensure smooth admission operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in admissions, counselling, EdTech, higher education or education sales.
• Prior experience in leading an admission/counselling team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of student admissions and counselling processes.
• Experience in managing both admission and marketing teams will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Candidates from EdTech, universities, colleges or education institutes are preferred.

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
