Job summary

Enrich Agro Food Products in Amritsar, Punjab, is seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead the finance function. The role involves preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with IndAS, Income Tax, GST/TDS, and audits.

You will oversee GL, payroll, and reconciliations while guiding ERP-driven finance initiatives. The candidate should be analytical, result-oriented and capable of mentoring the finance team to drive accuracy and strategic

Qualifications

• CA qualification is required.
• Must possess critical thinking ability.
• Result oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Beverage industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Monthly closing, provisioning, reconciliation etc.
• Develop annual budgets, monitor variances and forecast future revenue and costs.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries and payroll and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure full compliance with Income Tax laws, local tax laws, GST/TDS filings and manage internal or external statutory audits.
• Finalising balance sheet as per IndAS.
• Oversee plant economics, product costing models, inventory valuation and raw material consumption analysis.
• Drive ERP implementations and digital finance integration across factory and corporate units.
• Coordinate for CS related work.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate the finance and accounting team to improve performance.
