Job summary

Hiresquad seeks a highly skilled Cloud Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with 6–12 years of experience and deep expertise in Fast Formulas. You will be the technical architect behind payroll, benefits, absence management and time tracking, designing, debugging and deploying advanced Fast Formulas across multiple Fusion implementation projects.

Ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering 2–3 end-to-end full-lifecycle Cloud Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on complex calculations

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of technical consulting experience in Enterprise Cloud Fusion HCM.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Fusion implementations with complex calculations.
• Strong experience writing and optimizing Fast Formulas.

Responsibilities

• Design, debug, and deploy advanced Fast Formulas across Fusion HCM projects.
• Serve as technical architect for payroll, benefits, absence management and time tracking.
• Lead multiple full-lifecycle Cloud Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on complex calculations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with 6 to 12 years of experience and a deep specialization in writing and optimizing Fast Formulas. In this role, you will be the technical architect behind the complex business logic that powers payroll, benefits, absence management, and time tracking. You must have a strong track record of designing, debugging, and deploying advanced Fast Formulas across multiple full-lifecycle Fusion implementation projects.

• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days maximum.

• Experience: 6 to 12 years of technical consulting experience in Enterprise Cloud Fusion HCM.

Implementation Track Record: Proven technical experience delivering at least 2 to 3 end-to-end full-lifecycle Cloud Fusion HCM implementations with a primary focus on complex calculations or technical components
