Job summary

Hiresquad is seeking a seasoned HCM Cloud Help Desk Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end client implementations in India. The role requires 5 to 10 years of experience in enterprise cloud HCM, with a focus on functional configuration, blueprinting, and deployment across multiple client projects.

Applicants should have proven experience delivering 1 to 2 full-lifecycle implementations for HCM Help Desk/HR Service Delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of overall functional experience in enterprise cloud HCM systems.
• Led functional configuration, blueprinting, and deployment of HCM Cloud Help Desk.
• Experience delivering 1–2 full-lifecycle implementations for HCM Help Desk/HR Service Delivery modules.
• Notice period: Immediate to 15 days maximum.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead functional configuration, blueprinting, and deployment of the HCM Cloud Help Desk module across multiple client projects.
• Data Migration: Map, clean, and transition legacy ticket histories or reference data into the cloud system.
• Drive client implementations with focus on successful go-live and adoption.
