Job description

We are seeking an expert Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Implementation Specialist specializing in the Benefits module for an immediate, onsite deployment. This PAN India hiring initiative targets specialists who can join our physical project war rooms immediately. You will take complete ownership of designing, configuring, and deploying complex, automated benefits structures, open enrollment cycles, and regulatory reward frameworks for large enterprise clients.

Experience: 3 to 8+ years as a Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 2 end-to-end lifecycle implementations focused on Oracle Cloud Fusion Benefits.

• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately or within a maximum notice period of 15 days.

Core Competency: Expert-level knowledge of functional system design, benefit plan configurations, open enrollment execution, and life event logic.
