Hiresquad is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Helpdesk Consultant to lead and support helpdesk implementations and configurations within Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Fusion Helpdesk setup, workflows, and case management.

The role involves implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Helpdesk solutions, verifying and optimizing workflows, and collaborating with HR and IT on case categories and escalation rules.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Helpdesk and Fusion HCM.
• Hands-on experience with case management, SLA setup, and escalation rules.
• Experience with Fusion HCM integrations and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities
