Job summary

Hiresquad is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Talent Management and Learning to lead end-to-end implementations. You will design, configure, and deploy cloud-based Talent Management suites and Enterprise Learning platforms, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required are at least 2 years of functional experience in cloud HCM and a proven track record of delivering full-lifecycle implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in cloud HCM.
• Experience delivering at least 1 full-lifecycle cloud HCM implementation.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management and Learning modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of Talent Management and Learning modules.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation across Goals, Performance Appraisals, Skill Profiles, Succession Planning, and Talent Reviews.
• Manage client stakeholders and ensure delivery timelines.
