Job summary

Hiresquad in India is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Benefits to deliver impactful solutions and client engagements.

You will configure Benefits module implementations, write functional deliverables, and collaborate with client teams in a hybrid model across India. Immediate joiners are preferred and relevant 2–5 years of experience is expected.

Excellent communication and ability to work across diverse teams will help drive successful deployments.
