Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team in India. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver HCM transformations leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM, with emphasis on Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, and drive end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and supported projects while ensuring quality and smooth UAT and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Experience configuring Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management modules.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
• End-to-end HCM transformation experience across rollout, upgrade, or support.

Responsibilities

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, and support, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful HCM transformations.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional testing.
• Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.

Your Profile

• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration activities.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on HCM best practices.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Strong expertise in one or more HCM modules- Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, OTL, Payroll, Absence Management
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
