Job summary

HCL Software in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The role focuses on ITSM, integrations, and development using ServiceNow scripting and configuration.

You'll design, configure, and implement core ITSM applications (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB), build integrations via REST/SOAP, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Remote or hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Expertise in ITSM modules and SecOps knowledge is preferred.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Exposure to Integration Hub is preferable.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in remote or hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure and customize core ITSM applications including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
• Establish and maintain integrations with external systems.
• Develop and customize environments using Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Client Scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform stability and performance following best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and provide support for ServiceNow apps.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), integrations, and proven development skills in ServiceNow scripting and configuration.

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.

Required Skills & Experience: -

• 7+ Years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM modules and knowledge on Security Operations (SecOps) suite or platform is preferred.
• Integration Experience: Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Exposure to Integration Hub is preferable.
• Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and having knowledge on SecOps domain would be highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements.
