Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a hardware technician to handle onsite installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Attendance, Access control, and CCTV devices in Mumbai. The role involves cabling, testing, and basic software setup, with reporting to the support team and customer training.

Ideal candidates have ITI/ Diploma/Engineering in Electronics or Computer stream, with 0-2 years experience. Willingness to travel to client sites and perform hands-on hardware work is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic networking knowledge and Windows OS familiarity.
• Basic MS SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to remote sites for maintenance/installation.
• Hands-on ability to install and troubleshoot hardware devices.

Responsibilities

• Installation of hardware Attendance, Access control devices & CCTV onsite.
• Repairing & Maintenance of hardware attendance, Access control devices & CCTV onsite.
• Making Service reports & Installation reports of daily assigned calls.
• Co-coordinating & Reporting to Customer Support Team to give daily updates on work done.
• Travelling remote onsite for maintenance, repair & installation work.
• Cabling/Wiring/Drilling onsite for installation activity.
• In-house troubleshooting/testing of hardware devices.
• Basic software installation to connect the hardware devices.
• Training customers to operate hardware & software products.
• Basic knowledge of Networking & Windows OS is must
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL is plus point
