• Assist customers and system integrators with installation, configuration, and commissioning.
• Diagnose issues related to biometric devices, attendance systems, access control devices, and CCTV systems.
• Coordinate with internal technical and product teams for complex issues and escalations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical training to customers and partners.
