Job summary

Qualifications

• B. Tech in Electronics or related field.
• 6–9 years of hardware design experience for power electronics.
• Experience in HV testing and high voltage safety.
• Proficient in DOORS requirements analysis.
• Strong debugging and test execution skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Hardware circuit design and development for Battery Management Systems (LV and HV)

Hardware Failure Analysis and Board level / Product Testing

Series Component Change (PCN, PTN..) analysis and implementation

Conducting requirement analysis and handling in DOORS

Creating creepage distance matrices, and reviewing PCB layouts

Selecting components using DAR and creating requirements

Documenting development processes and results (e.g., Test plan preparation, performing testing, Test report preparation)

Analyzing FMEA and FMEDA for the developed modules

Performing simulations, calculations, and tests to ensure functionality and quality

Performing HW Verification and supporting validation (LV124/ ISO 16750)

Skills

Good knowledge on Analog, Digital & Power Electronics circuits design

Excellent hardware failure analysis, debugging and testing skills

Experience in defining and execution of test cases with techniques.

Handling of lab equipment like Oscilloscope, high voltage power supply, function generator etc.,

Component selection, Worst case analysis

Good communication skills, MS office applications

Hands on soldering experience

High Voltage testing of Power electronics Hardware.
