• Maintain consistent cleanliness and organization standards in assigned guest rooms and common areas, ensuring all spaces meet or exceed company specifications
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction
• Coordinate effectively with front desk, management, and other departments to communicate guest needs, maintenance concerns, and service updates
• Perform thorough room inspections and quality checks to verify that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards
