• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) at Dlifrance India, located in New Delhi.
• The GSA will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth caf operations, and maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and teamwork, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take and process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
• Prepare and serve beverages and bakery products as per brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Support the team in day-to-day operations and inventory management.
• Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and promptly.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Prior experience as a Guest Service Associate / Caf Staff / Front-of-House team member preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
