INOX in Gurugram is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, manage ticketing, seating, and show timings while addressing general queries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will support crowd management, liaise with Operations, F&B, Housekeeping, Security, and other teams to ensure a seamless cinema experience. You will handle Lost & Found items and uphold safety and service standards at all times.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Assist guests with ticketing, seat allocation, show timings, and general queries.
• Ensure a smooth and comfortable guest experience throughout their visit.
• Check tickets and guide guests to the appropriate auditorium and seats.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas.
• Assist guests with food and beverage orders, where required.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and elevate issues to the concerned supervisor when necessary.
• Support crowd management and ensure smooth movement of guests during entry, intervals, and exits.
• Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments for smooth cinema operations.
• Conduct regular auditorium checks and ensure all facilities are guest-ready before every show.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, safety guidelines, and service standards.
• Assist during special screenings, events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure proper handling of guest belongings and Lost & Found items as per company procedures.
• Maintain punctuality, grooming, and professional conduct at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager to ensure smooth cinema operations.
