Qualifications

Role Description

The Guest Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Goa. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their stay. Daily tasks include responding to guest inquiries, handling special requests, coordinating with other departments, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The Guest Relations Specialist will also support upselling and promoting resort services and packages, maintain accurate guest records, and follow established service standards and procedures. The role requires a strong presence to proactively engage with guests and anticipate their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive and memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests and team members.
• Experience enhancing Customer Experience through attentive service, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Basic Sales skills to promote resort offerings, upgrades, and packages in a guest-centric manner.
• Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or a guest-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort using hotel management or reservation systems and standard office software.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is beneficial.
