Job summary

CINCO Realtors is hiring a Guest Relationship Executive to warmly welcome visitors at our Coimbatore project sites and support the sales team. The role requires presenting information clearly, coordinating site visits, and maintaining visitor records.

The ideal candidate will be personably engaging, well-presented and fluent in English and Tamil, with 1–3 years in guest relations or related fields. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.

Qualifications

• Any Degree or Diploma
• 1–3 years in Guest Relations or related roles
• Freshers with good communication may be considered

• Smart, presentable and strong interpersonal skills
• MS Office and CRM knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers and visitors professionally at the project site/office.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic information about the project.
• Coordinate and manage customer site visits and appointments.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for further assistance.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM and Site teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Provide project-related information such as location, amenities, specifications and available options.
• Follow up with customers after site visits and share relevant information as required.
• Assist the sales team during customer meetings, property visits and project events.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalations as needed.
• Ensure the reception/customer interaction area is neat, welcoming and well maintained.
• Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
• Support customer engagement activities and project events.

Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable, customer-focused and well-spoken Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage and welcome customers and visitors at our real-estate project sites. The candidate will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, coordinating site visits and supporting the sales team in handling prospective and existing customers.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, Real Estate or a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
• Good proficiency in English and the local language (Tamil).
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Should be confident, polite and presentable while interacting with customers.
