Job summary

Smartworks in Gurgaon is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for members and visitors. You will manage reception during business hours, reflect the company values, and support the Account Management team in creating a welcoming community.

You will help with events, member onboarding, and coordinating tours, while ensuring the building runs smoothly and all processes are aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of work experience in hotel/coworking industry.
• Hospitality or related degree.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first level SPOC for customer level queries.
• Manage reception during business hours.

• Support the Account Management team to achieve the following:
• Create a welcoming and collaborative environment for our members through events and building relationships between members.
• Ensure that your building is fully operational, and processes are running smoothly.
• Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome packets.
• Take direction from the Account Manager to support the Team as necessary.
• Greet members and other people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails.
