Job summary

Lifeyoga is seeking a Guest Relations Executive (Sales) to lead the end-to-end guest journey in our Delhi and Gurgaon centers, blending concierge warmth with sales strategy.

You’ll own lead conversion, follow-ups, and member retention, aligning wellness classes and premium programs with client goals while maintaining a high-touch, personalized approach in a luxury context.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in client-facing roles across luxury hospitality, premium retail, boutique fitness, or high-touch subscription sales.
• Proven ability to hit commercial targets and sell high-value packages without discount reliance.
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong empathy and listening skills.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and premium guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch hospitality: welcome guests, evaluate wellbeing goals, and match them with classes and programs.
• Drive consultative sales: convert leads, trial visitors, and event attendees into members.
• Manage pipeline & CRM: follow up across calls and messaging platforms to keep prospects engaged.

This isn’t a traditional front-desk role. We’re seeking a driven professional who seamlessly blends the warmth of a luxury concierge with the strategy of a high-performing sales expert. You will own the entire end-to-end guest journey guiding prospects from their very first visit to becoming long-term, active members.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver High-Touch Hospitality: Welcome guests, evaluate their holistic wellbeing goals, and match them with our curated classes and programs.
• Drive Consultative Sales: Convert leads, trial visitors, and event attendees into committed members through value-based recommendations.
• Manage Pipeline & CRM: Maintain timely follow-ups across calls and messaging platforms to keep our prospect pipeline engaged.
• Boost Retention & Upsells: Track member activity, manage renewals, and introduce existing members to workshops, upgrades, and private sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience 2 to 5years in client-facing roles across luxury hospitality, premium retail, boutique fitness, or high-touch subscription sales.
• Track Record: Proven ability to hit commercial targets and sell high-value packages without relying on price discounts.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills paired with deep empathy and active listening.
