Job summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. in Manali is seeking a qualified Yoga Instructor to lead individual and group sessions, guiding clients in yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation for overall wellbeing.

The role involves planning sessions, assessing client goals, and maintaining a positive, safe environment while coordinating with wellness staff and conducting workshops as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification/Diploma/Degree in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Additional certification in Pranayama, Meditation, or Yoga Therapy is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred in wellness centers or studios.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group yoga sessions for clients at the wellness center.
• Plan and demonstrate yoga asanas, pranayama, stretching, and relaxation techniques.
• Assess clients' basic fitness levels and understand their wellness goals.
• Modify yoga practices according to individual needs and fitness levels.
• Conduct guided meditation, breathing, and relaxation sessions.
• Educate clients about proper posture, breathing techniques, and safe yoga practices.
• Maintain correct form to minimize injury risk during sessions.
• Create a positive, calm, and motivating environment during sessions.
• Track client participation, progress, and feedback.
• Coordinate with wellness consultants, doctors, therapists, and team members as needed.
• Conduct wellness workshops, group activities, and awareness sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the yoga/therapy area and equipment.
• Adhere to wellness center SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Support promotional wellness activities, camps, and special events when required.
