Job summary

New Life Healing & Wellness Centre in Delhi is seeking a Female Sales Executive & Customer Care Executive to join our team at Mayur Vihar Phase-I. You will engage with prospective clients, explain our Ayurvedic products and wellness programs, and convert inquiries into bookings.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, a sales mindset, and is comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools. Freshers are welcome; Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred.
• Tamil-speaking female preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Positive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand customer needs and guide them towards the right product or service.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer care, counselling, wellness, healthcare, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Responsibilities

We work in the areas of Ayurvedic Products, Life Coaching & Wellness Programs, including specialized programs supporting people dealing with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with incoming leads and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain our Ayurvedic products, wellness services, and coaching programs clearly.
