The role sits at the intersection of RevOps and Growth Marketing, building AI-driven insights to prioritize opportunities and execute impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with HubSpot CRM, n8n, Clay, and data enrichment tools; experience with Salesforce as the single source of truth is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize AI-driven GTM insights across RevOps and Growth Marketing.
• Own marketing-ops backbone: campaign operations, lead lifecycle, scoring/routing, attribution, and database hygiene.
• Adminsiter HubSpot and Salesforce objects, workflows, fields, and integration.
• Own reporting and dashboards across HubSpot, Salesforce, and the GTM stack for leadership.
• Use SQL (and Python) to extract, transform, and analyze data; document workflows and data flows; train the team.
• Create end-to-end automations using Claude + Clay with n8n/Make, enabling rapid deploy-measure-iterate experiments.

GTM Engineer to accelerate our growth by combining deep technical expertise with AI-powered go-to-market strategy. This role sits at the intersection of RevOps, and Growth Marketing— You will build and operationalize AI-driven insights, ensuring our teams can focus on the right accounts, prioritize the best opportunities, and execute high-impact campaigns.

Strong hands-on HubSpot CRM.

Strong hands-on n8n.

Strong hands-on Clay.

Experience with data enrichment tools (Lusha, Apollo, etc.).

Salesforce as the single source of truth.

AI-Native Automation & GTM Engineering

Build end-to-end automations using a Claude + Clay combination plus n8n / Make to enrich, research,and act on data with minimal human overhead.

Own the marketing-ops backbone: campaign operations, lead lifecycle, scoring/routing, attribution,

and database hygiene across the funnel.

Administer HubSpot and Salesforce hands-on — objects, workflows, fields, and integration — keeping

Own reporting and dashboards across HubSpot, Salesforce, and the GTM stack for stakeholders up

to leadership.

Use SQL (and Python where useful) to extract, transform, and analyze data across systems;

Document workflows and data flows, train the team, and support rapid deploy-measure-iterate

experiments.

AI-native operator: fluent in applying LLMs (Claude in particular) to design and ship real workflows

Hands-on, advanced proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay (all must-have).

Proven ability to build automations with Claude + Clay and orchestration tools (n8n / Make); SQL for querying GTM data.

Work Mode : 5 days WFO(Mandate)
